Ports Ferry Forge, “Meck’s” shop in Johnsonville, SC, is known up and down the eastern seaboard. He was a guest lecturer at the University of South Carolina and serves as President of the Philip Simmons Artist Blacksmith Guild of South Carolina.
“Meck” wants to be known as, “the man who taught others the trade.” His creations are found in specialty shops in North and South Carolina.
